For those of you who are new to the reformer, this is a introduction on how to use the reformer. During this session you will learn how to use the reformer and we will begin to build your program.
For participants who have already had an intro to the Reformer and are now ready to begin their Pilates training.
Supplement your Reformer sessions with a private Pilates session utilizing mat exercises, ball exercises and the core roll to continue to challenge the body with new movement patterns. The Reformer is not utilized during this session.
This ultimate workout will utilize the Reformer, mat exercises, the exercise ball, the core roll, exercise bands and weights for a well rounded workout.
Exercises done on the Reformer are low impact and utilize controlled movements making it beneficial for preventing injuries and for rehabilitating from existing ones.
Ideal for anyone suffering from back or joint problems.
