PILATES - Private Reformer Sessions

What are the benefits of the Pilates Reformer?

This highly adaptable piece of equipment is beneficial for beginner to advanced fitness enthusiasts. The Reformer is ideal for active rehabilitation, pre and post natal, seniors and high level athletes who would like to improve their performance without straining their joints.

1. Improved Core Strength & Stability

The resistance exercises on the Reformer utilize your deep core muscles, improving spinal alignment & posture.

2. Improved Flexibility

Exercises performed on the Reformer take your body through its full range of motion, elongating while strengthening your muscles.

3. Total Body Workout

On the Reformer, you are always working muscles groups as opposed to isolating one muscle. 

4. Improved Breathing

An important component of Pilates is learning how to control and use your breath throughout the exercises.

5. Personalized Exercise Sessions

The Pilates Reformer offers an amazing variety of exercises and movements and adjustments for resistance making it ideal for tailoring any type of training.


Private Sessions

All of our sessions are one on one in the private Pilates studio. Programs are tailored to your needs and goals.

Intro to Pilates Reformer Private - $110 - 1 hour

For those of you who are new to the reformer, this is a introduction on how to use the reformer. During this session you will learn how to use the reformer and we will begin to build your program.

Private Pilates Reformer - $100 - 1 hour

For participants who have already had an intro to the Reformer and are now ready to begin their Pilates training.

Pilates Mat, Ball, Core Roll $75 - 1 hour Private, $50 - Semi Private, Bring a friend.

Supplement your Reformer sessions with a private Pilates session utilizing mat exercises, ball exercises and the core roll to continue to challenge the body with new movement patterns. The Reformer is not utilized during this session.

Total Pilates Private - $110 - 35 minute Reformer 35 minutes of Mat, Ball, Core Roll

This ultimate workout will utilize the Reformer, mat exercises, the exercise ball, the core roll, exercise bands and weights for a well rounded workout.

Active Rehabilitation Private - $110 - 1 hour

Exercises done on the Reformer are low impact and utilize controlled movements making it beneficial for preventing injuries and for rehabilitating from existing ones.

Ideal for anyone suffering from back or joint problems.
